Covid has struck our house!
4+ years and neither of us has ever tested positive until today! Hubby tested positive this morning.
So I've made a big batch of my pasta salad in case I come down with it too!
So I thought I'd share the recipe. It's a simple salad that's great to make for several days of lunches or dinners. Hubby has his with a little can of chilli tuna.
