With Perth's amazing coffee culture you'd be surprised how hard it is to get a terrific hot chocolate.
The offering of hot chocolate is available anywhere but most just don't use a high quality drinking chocolate.
My favourite is from Picobello Patisserie, in Bicton.
A Pet Peeve
One of my pet peeves with hot chocolate is when it is served with pink marshmallows - seriously strawberry marshmallows in a chocolate drink are just weird. The marshmallows MUST BE WHITE.
So please cafe owners don't skimp on your hot chocolate ingredients, we hot chocolate drinkers have palettes just as discerning as that of a coffee drinker.
